1) Add videos to MOW from Social Networks

• Click on + Add Video button, choose Upload from Social Media option and select the Social Network you wish to connect to Mow
  
• All videos that you have on your Social Networks will be listed. Click +Add icon to include the videos that you want to migrate to MOW. Those that were added will be available in the VIDEOS Sections.
  

2) Upload videos to Social Networks from MOW

• From the VIDEOS section, choose the Video you want to upload to your social networks and click on Upload icon. Choose your social network and the video will be upload to the connected account.
  
• You can also upload your video to your Social Network accounts directly on the uploading page as well.
